1How can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation through our website, by phone, or by email. We recommend booking in advance to ensure vehicle availability, especially during peak tourist seasons.
2What documents do I need to rent a car?
You will need a valid driver's license (held for at least one year), a passport or ID card, and a credit card for the security deposit. International visitors may need an International Driving Permit along with their national license.
3Do you offer airport pickup and delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery and pickup at Marrakech Menara Airport and to hotels in Marrakech city center. Our representative will meet you with a sign bearing your name and assist with your luggage.
4What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge. For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, a one-day rental fee may apply.
